Contractor to furnish all tools, equipment, material, and labor necessary to perform work on the refinishing of hardwood floors and the painting of lines on the gym floor and racquetball courts of building 33 D Bay at the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) Richmond, VA. This solicitation will be issued as a firm-fixed price purchase order. The magnitude of this construction project in terms of estimated cost is between $25,000 and $100,000.
