- THIS IS ONLY THE PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. NO ACTION IS REQUESTED NOR REQUIRED. THE COMPLETE SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON OR AFTER 29 JULY 2010, SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The solicitation will be issued in electronic format ONLY and will be posted on the FedBizOpps website when available. This procurement will be issued as a SBA Certified Small Business Set-aside under NAICS code 331992 with a small business standard size of 500 Employees. This solicitiation will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside per FAR 19.502-2(b)(1). The solicitation will be issued as an Request for Proposal (RFP) utilizing FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. General Description: The National Park Service (NPS) has identified a requirement for construction materials for C-Camp Cabins.
