- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): TranSystems Corporation; W91238-09-C-0024; A-E Contract for Napa River Flood Protection Project. This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source as this is a follow-on contract, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information. This modification was awarded to an existing contract for the current A-E firm to provide Construction Support Services for Napa River Flood Protection Project, Napa Valley Wine Train (NVWT) Phase II Relocation, Napa, CA. The A-E firm shall perform additional Engineering and Geotechnical Construction Support.
