- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following item. 1) Data Collection System, P/N: SN-HG-9 and required connectors, cables and software, Qty 2 Each. This requirement is sole sourced to: Diversified Technical Solutions, 900 Electric Ave, Suite 206, Seal Beach, CA 90740 based on the size of the unit 26mm x 31mm is the only unit found that is small enough to fit in required application and still perform the high quality samplings required for the test this unit will be used for, the hardware and software applications are proprietary to Diversified Technical Solutions. Any firms believing that they can provide this hardware, per the part number, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
