- The work consists of all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, tools, supplies, and materials necessary to demolish buildings at the Clarno and Tripp House locations. Work includes clearing and grubbing trees as identified at each site, minor excavation of concrete and rock foundations, demolition of timber frame houses and outbuildings, and disposal of demolition debris and other household refuge located at either site. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS: 238910. Project site located at Wasco County, Prineville District Office, Oregon. Estimated start work is October 1, 2010 and performance time is 30 calendar days. Bonds are required - Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%.
