- This notice is provided for informational purposes only as required by the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. Modification A00007 (Reference R00019, Case FL010-2) to Contract W912DW-09-C-0034 for RECOVERY -- PROJECT NUMBER 20198, Repair DPT Training Facility-Repair Windows, Walls, Floors, Roof, Ceiling, Elect, Etc. was awarded on 14 July 2010 to definitize all costs and time associated with the scope of work previously issued by Unpriced Change Order modification P00008. The price reflected in modification A00007 represents the difference between the final negotiated price for the change and that previously issued by modification P00008. For clarity, this modification restates the scope of work as follows: Structural Upgrades as the result of Differing Site Conditions (conditions not identified in the original Contract drawings and specifications) (modification provides additional details on the exact scope of work related to this change). This modification resulted in an increase of $35,029.00 to the contract price.
