- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability, interest, and capabilities of qualified members of the Small Business community (Small Businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone businesses, and certified 8(a) firms) as potential sources of supply. This notice is being posted for fact finding and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as an Invitation for Bid, a Request for Proposal, Solicitation, Request for Quote, or an indication the Government will contract for the items herein.
