- The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific(SSC Pacific) intends to issue solicitation No. N66001-10-R-0055 for the awardof multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee(CPFF) contracts to provide Information Operations Joint Management Office(IO JMO) Support. Awardees of contracts under this RFP will compete for taskorders to perform actual work. Each contract will be awarded for the entireestimated level-of-effort specified in the RFP; however, the competition oftaskorders may reduce each awardees actual total effort to a level significantlybelow the ceiling value of each award. The prospective contract is for aperiodof five (5) years. The estimated level of effort for the total requirement is1,485,970 hours. This is a full and open competition, anticipated to result inthe award of up to four contracts. The NAICS code for this procurement is541330. The incumbent contractors are Booz, Allen, and Hamilton (HC1028-08-D-2015/0016) and Northrop Grumman Corporation (HC1028-08-D-2023/0038). A Bidders Mailing List will not be established and hard copies ofdocuments will not be provided. The solicitation will only be availableelectronically on the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command E-CommerceWeb Page at https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil under SSC Pacific - OpenSolicitations. Any amendments, when issued, will also be available only onthisweb site. Issuance of the solicitation is estimated for 12 August 2010.Matters posted on the web site are not terms of the solicitation unless thesolicitation is written or amended to include such matters.
