- Delineated Area Map U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 9,967 RSF (YIELDING AT BETWEEN 8,667 TO 9,100 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF OFFICE SPACE WITHIN A SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped accessibility in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. The anticipated lease will be on a “full service” basis. DELINEATED AREA: Uniontown, PA and within the area described below (also see attached map): Point of Beginning: New Salem Road and West Main Street (Route 40 Business). Northwest on West Main Street to Duck Hollow Road. Southwest on Duck Hollow Road to Dixon Blvd. East on Dixon Blvd to Route 119/40. South on Route 119/40 to Morgantown Road. North on Morgantown Road to Brownfield Lane. East on Brownfield Lane to Bailey Lane. North on Bailey Lane to Township Drive. Northeast on Township Drive to Route 40 (Business). Northwest on Route 40 (Business) back to point of beginning (West Main Street). EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN JULY 28, 2010 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1)Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2)One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 3)ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 4)Rentable Square Feet Offered and Rental Rate per Square Foot. (Specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included) 5)Indicate whether the offer is for an existing building, or planned new construction. If new construction, indicate if the site is currently zoned for office and if site plan approvals have already been obtained. 6)Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner. This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals.
