Description

The AOC intends to engage a qualified Contractor to perform all work as necessary for the construction of an exterior garden consisting of cut bluestone edging, bordering a lawn panel reinforced with a grid system, connecting pathway consisting of cut bluestone and hand trimmed flagstone, a landscape installation using specimen/display quality plants, and a corresponding lighting and irrigations system. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 28, 2010. The due date for receipt of proposals will be on or about September 1, 2010. The solicitation will only be available electronically on FedBizOpps on the date of issuance. INTERESTED PARTIES ARE ENCOURAGED TO DOWNLOAD THE ELECTRONIC VERSION OF THE SOLICITATION. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO MONITOR THIS SITE FOR ALL CHANGES!! HOWEVER, YOU MUST PROVIDE CONTACT INFORMATION TO BE ADDED TO THE LIST TO RECEIVE A CD WITH THE DRAWINGS; DRAWINGS CANNOT BE POSTED ON THE WEBSITE. Mark the request attention Lauren Wilson, be sure the request is on company letterhead containing address, return email, telephone and FAX numbers and contact person. The estimated magnitude of this base project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Attendance at the site visit is strongly encouraged!! A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be scheduled once the solicitation is released.
