- The State is seeking industry cost information for a translation solution in order to remediate the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) to process HIPAA version 5010 compliant X12 transactions. A Request for Information (RFI) has been posted at http://www.scdhhs.gov/contracts-procurement/ with the title, "HIPAA Version 5010 Translation Solution for SC Medicaid Management Information System." Interested vendors are encouraged to respond by July 26, 2010 to the address listed in the RFI. This RFI is in reference to the State's existing MMIS, not the Replacement MMIS project.
