- Amendment 0001 CONFORMED COPY -- Please use this form to submit a bid. Amendment 0001 The US Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District, is soliciting for a project to include, but not be limited to, construction and raising of approximately 11,800 linear feet of existing dikes. The required construction will establish a minimum crest elevation of +25.0 ft. above L.W.D., a 10.0 ft. crest width and 3 horizontal on 1 vertical sideslopes. It is estimated that approximately 165,000 to 170,000 CY of existing soils within the Saginaw Bay CDF will be required to be excavated as borrow for this work. General Information: Location: Saginaw Bay CDF, Saginaw Bay, Michigan This project is set aside for small businesses. The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this requirement is 237990. The small business size standard for this requirement is $33.5 million in average annual receipts over the past three years. To download the solicitation, visit FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov.
