- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for paint and thinner prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Request for Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W9127Q-10-T-0034 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44. This acquisition is not set aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532490 with a small business size standard of $7.00M. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified Offerors may submit bids. FOB Destination shall be Camp Shelby, MS 39407. The Mississippi National Guard Camp Shelby requires the following item. Meet or Exceed to the following: LI001 FORKLIFT LEASE- FIVE (5) EACH 6K LBS EXTENDED REACH FORKLIFTS.. EQUIPMENT MUST BE 2007 OR LATER MODELS. COMPANY WILL PROVIDE PREVIENTIVE MAINTENANCE TO INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO FILTERS, OIL, GREASE, LABOR AND TRAVEL, INCLUDE EMERGENCY 24 HOUR 7 DAY MAINTENANCE NUMBER WITH OPTION FOR REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: AUG 2010 THRU 31 OCT 2010, TOTAL OF 92 DAYS In responding to this solicitation/request for quote, you must provide the manufacturer's name and part numbers AND salient characteristics of the items you are proposing to sell to the Government.
