- The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to perform all required GREEN JANITORIAL services identified in the Statement of Work (SOW), commercial standards, and local, state and federal requirements. The contractor shall maintain each facility to present a neat, clean and professional working environment. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS Code) is 561720, Janitorial Services. The requirement will be competed as a 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns and will contain only one base year (01 October 2010 through 30 September 2011). The evaluation factor is lowest price technically acceptable. A site visit is not mandatory. Solicitation issue date will be approximately 15 July 2010. All contractors are required to complete Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Additional information on CCR is available at (888) 227-2423.
