- Purpose of Modification: 1. Change response date to 7/23/10 2. Respond to industry questions: A. Is this a follow on to an existing contract? NO B. Provide additional information for line item 10: The software should be able to recognize when the operator is entering values that are out of bounds for a particular scenario. The software should also be able to identify internal problems that occur during use. This is typically done by the use of a log file where the application logs statistical information about the state of the application just prior to the error occurring.
