- Article I.SCOPE OF WORK 1.PROJECT DATA: TITLE: Convert Quarters to Offices Bldg. 15 BUILDING/FACILITY: Building 15 JOB ORDER CONTRACT NUMBER: PROJECT REQUEST NO: 518-10-14 COTR: Cale Putnam REQUESTOR: Engineering CONTRACTOR: - CONSTRUCTION DURATION: 90 Days 2.GENERAL SCOPE: Furnish all labor, materials, and supervision to perform work to convert Quarters 15 to offices as required by drawings and specifications. 3. DETAILED REQUIREMENTS: A.Work includes general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary demolition and construction to include the following: 1.Interior demolition and renovations required to convert a two story residential apartment building to a business use as offices including: a.Demolition of interior doors, partitions and casework. b.New and renovated casework and millwork. c.New interior finishes. d.Upgrades to plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. e.Upgrades to fire alarm and information technology systems. f.Other work as identified in the Contract Documents.
