- W911XK-10-T-0091 Kewaunee Roofing Project The US Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District, is soliciting for a roof replacement project that shall include all labor, materials, and equipment to remove and replace the roofs on Buildings 5501, 5503 and 5504. The buildings are located at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kewaunee Sub-Office, 124 North Main Street, Kewaunee, Wisconsin 54124. General Information: Location: Kewaunee Sub Office, Kewaunee, Wisconsin This project is a small business set-aside. The estimated construction cost is less than $25,000. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this requirement is 238160.The small business size standard for this requirement is $14 million in average annual receipts over the past three years.
