- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Provide Generator Maintenance at the Erie, PA - VA Medical Center per attached statement of work. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on Solicitation VA-244-10-RQ-0309. This solicitation is being issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business set-aside - Authority 38 USC 8127 (d). The associated NAICS code is 811310. The government contemplates a firm fixed price contract for this procurement. This requirement shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for the purchase of the following commercial item(s)/service(s): See Statement of Work.
