- The United States Government seeks to lease Class A office and related space consisting of approximately 2,668 rentable square feet within the City limits of Worcester; and surrounding towns of West Boylston, Auburn, Millbury, and Shrewsbury. The space should yield a minimum of 2,320 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Four structured/controlled/assigned parking spaces must be available on-site for government vehicles. In addition, 11 public parking spaces must be available within 1,320 linear walking feet (1/4 mile) of the offered space. The proposed areas are listed below: •• Beginning at Routes 290 and 90 northerly to Routes 190 and 140 •• Routes 190 and 140 southeasterly to Routes 140 and 90 •• Routes 140 and 90 westerly to Routes 290 and 90 (beginning point) Within 2 driving miles of an interstate or state highway in the following cities/towns: City limits of Worcester and the Towns of West Boylston, Auburn, Millbury, and Shrewsbury. The proposed lease is for ten years, five firm and must be fully serviced. The offered space must meet the Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Handicapped Accessibility, and Green Lease compliance. Expressions of Interest must include the following: 1. Building name and address; contact person with phone number. 2. Name, address, and phone number of property owner. 3. Rentable Square Feet offered and annual RSF rental rate - rate should be broken out to Annual Shell and Annual Operating Costs. 4. Common Area Factor. Written responses are required not later than July 23, 2010. FAX's will be accepted. Verbal responses will not be considered. Expression of interest will include written permission to show the property and proof that the property is not located in a flood plain.
