- J&A 0MJ0H701 The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire service and maintenance for the existing DMEA SIRION XL30I Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and the NOVA 600 Focused Ion Beam (FIB). The Sirion and NOVA600 support the DMEA mission and the Advanced Reconfigurable Manufacturing for Semiconductors (ARMS) foundry at DMEA. The contractor shall provide service and maintenance for the Sirion and NOVA600 in building 620, room 134 for one base year, and two option years.
