- TO PROCURE a commercial off-the-shelf functional, adjustable (wide and narrow band), high resolution infrared camera capable of examining the Short-Wave Infrared (SWIR) through Mid-Wave Infrared (MWIR) optical bands with high sensitivity and high refresh rates. Camera technical specifications must meet the following criteria: Array Physical Dimensions Array size minimum: 640x512 Pixel pitch maximum: 15μm Wavelength Response Spectral response: ~1.5μm to ≥ 5.1μm NETD maximum: 20mK Cold shield Optional integrated filter wheel Intensity Response Well capacity minimum: Greater than or equal to 6.5 Me- Dynamic range: Greater than or equal to 14-bit Measurement Accuracy: Less than or equal to ±2% or less than or equal to ±2°C Temporal Image Conditioning/Framing: Pixel clock minimum: 40MHz Full-frame frame rate: Variable up to ≥120Hz Sub windowing capability (ability to speed-up sub window frame-rate Integration time control: <10 μs to >1ms Jitter: <50ns External Synchronization Trigger in/out Physical Package Lens mount: Bayonet Data output and control Digital output: Gigabit Ethernet and Camera Link Remote control: Gigabit Ethernet / Camera Link TM Video Output: NTSC Windows 7, 64bit compatible, no dedicated or proprietary computer boards software developers kit (SDK) Environment Operational temperature: 32°F to 132°F (0°C to 50°C) Cooling: Sterling or equivalent.
