This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This requirement is a Small Business Set- Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the procurement is 531320 and the Small Business size standard is $2.0 million. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineers, Kansas City District, has a requirement for a firm fixed price contract for appraisal services of small land tracts around Whiteman Air Force Base near Nob Knoster, Missouri.
