- NOAA/National Weather Service (NWS) currently leases tower space at 444 feet above ground level (AGL) located at 8373 North CR 900 West, Yeoman, Jefferson Township, Carroll County, Indiana 47997 (Latitude 40-40-08.0 N; Longitude 86-41-44.0 W) under lease number 062KWC04017. This occupancy is to provide broadcast facilities for NOAA Weather ALL HAZARDS (NWR) station WXK74. The current lease expired July 31, 2009. NOAA will negotiate a succeeding lease with the current lessor without full and open competition for continued occupancy at this location.
