- RECOVERY/ GSA NCR PORTFOLIO DIVISION THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATON PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORUNITY IS AVALABLE ONLY TO LIMITED EXISTING GSA FEDERAL SUPPLY SERVICE CONTRACT HOLDERS UNDER SCHEDULE 874- MOBIS. Funded by the American and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 (public law 11-5) (Recovery Act) This procurement follows the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-2 and FAR 8.405-1. This opportunity is available to limited contractors under the GSA Schedule 874. This requirementis being procured using the Multiple Award Scheduel Program, also know as the Federal Supply Scheduel program of the GSA Schedules Program. In accordance with GSA's Acquisition Letter V-09-01, dated April 9, 2009(Titled: American Recovery and Reinvestment ACt Implementation), Multiple Award Schedule order under 8.405-1 and 8.405-2 considered competitive for the purpose of reprting rationales under the Recovery Act. Competition Requirement have been met per FAR 6.102(d0(3) upon the solictation to at least three (3) scheduel holders. The purpose of this noitce to announce the intention to competitively award a Tsak Order against GSA's Multiple Award Federal Supply Scheduel 874. The estimate period of performance will be approximately one (1) base year and one (1) option year fromteh date of contract award : estimated total task order amount value is between $100,00 and $300,000. GSA is seeking support services to prefrom, at a minimum the following requirments: provide a financial management analyst, to perform Occupancy Agreement for Federal Buildings and other assignements. Specifically the contractor will do Data Review, prepapring Occupancy Agreements in accordance with existing GSA policy, managging Annual Data Accuiracy, reconciling data with source documentation, and compiling and providing briefings on curent portfoilo status.
