Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format of FAR Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcementconstitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number N0001510025. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC2005-38 dated December 10, 2009. This acquisition will be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and is a small business concern. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332999, which has a size standard of 500 employees. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure the following: 1) TSM621FWXHE-12; GSA Class 5 IPS Security Container; QTY: 1 2) TSM-2632U-RF; 19" Roll Out Rack Frame Assy, 32U, 26D; QTY: 1 3) TSM1010-JB; Conduit Junction Box, 10x10x8; QTY: 1 4) TSM444-BCB; Black Separation Cable Box, 4x4x4; QTY: 1 The contractor must also be able to deliver and install the equipment into the classroom compartment of the training facility. Contractor is to assemble and ensure that all components are operational (e.g. locks, fans, power, etc.). If mounting is required to ensure security, contractor will bolt container to the deck, as applicable. Contractor will dispose of all packaging materials. The delivery date for the items will be 30 days ARO. The FBO terms are "Destination" and Net 30. The vendor chosen will need to invoice through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). FAR provisions and clauses that apply to this acquisition are as follows: FAR 52.212-1, Evaluation - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders - Commercial Items. Offers will be accepted via email no later than 12:00pm EST, July 23, 2010.
