- ITEM 0001: NSN 4940-01-361-9720RN; IAW Commercial Item DescriptionA-A-60004 Type V, Servicing Platform is a self-propelled, telescopicboom type, aerial work platform used for overhead construction andmaintenance work. Requirement is for one (1) each plus data whichinclude technical manual. Materials: Steel DELIVERY - ITEM 0001: Place of delivery is FE4484 and is due 120 AROcontract.A-A-60004 will be posted to FBO with the solicitation. The approximateRFQ issue date will be 12 July 2010 with quotes due 26 Jul 2010.Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation atwww.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED and nohard copies will be mailed out.Offerors shall prepare their quotes in accordance with mandatory,explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. TheGovernment will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past PerformanceInformation Retrieval System (PPIRS). OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGEDTO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation whichshall be considered by the agency.All questions regarding the RFQ and /or the data packages must besubmitted in writing to Jarteau.Hodges@robins.af.mil with copy toTara.Odom@robins.af.mil. Anticipated award date is 15 Sept 2010.
