- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the commercial items provided the attached document. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Equipment will be required to be shipped FOB Destination. Offerors shall follow the instructions under FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, for quote submissions. Quotes may be e-mailed to jessica.l.thomas2@us.army.mil or send via standard mail to the National Ground Intelligence Center, Attn: IANG-PEM-LOC / MS 207, 2055 Boulders Rd, Charlottesville, VA, 22911-8318. Hand-delivered quotes will not be accepted. Quote must be received by 27 July 2010 by 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time.
