- AMENDMENT 3-PLEASE NOTE THIS REQUIREMENT HAS NOT BEEN AWARDED. THE ORIGINAL COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION WAS INCORRECT WITH AN AWARDEE LISTED. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION- AUTOVUE SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, R10PS80535, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. The solicitation is 100% Total Small Business set-aside, the associated NAICS code is 541519, and the small business size standard is 150 employees. This combined synopsis/ solicitation is for the following commercial items: Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001: 408 each: AutoVue 2D Professional/ Maintenance/ Renewal/ Named User/ Desktop Edition Windows/ V19.2/Part # SWPMRDDAX-250 Start Date: 29 Jul 2010End Date: 28 Jul 2010 FOB Destination for Delivery: Department of the InteriorBureau of Reclamation6th and Kipling StreetDenver Federal CenterBuilding 67, Entrance E-3Denver, Colorado 80225-0007 The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The Government will award a fixed-price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price considered. The offeror must include with the offer a completed copy the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), which is the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items.
