- ALL OFFERS AND/OR QUESTIONS MUST BE DIRECTED TO Colleen.CTR.McGuire@FAA.gov (609) 485-9038 A tiered evaluation of offers will be used in source selection, and offers from other than small business concerns will only be considered after the determination that an insufficient number of offers from responsible small business concerns were received.The CO will specify the tiered order of precedence for evaluating offers. An example of a tiered order of precedence is (descending in order):(a) Socially and economically disadvantaged business (SEDB) expressly certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for participation in SBA's 8(a) program.(b) Service-disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB);(c) Very small business;(d) Small business; and(e) Other than small business.Once offers are received, the CO will evaluate a single tier of offers according to the order of precedence specified above. If no award can be made at the first tier, the evaluation will proceed to the next lower tier until award can be made with ample competition. Incorporates volume and tone control.1 Crestron CNX-RMCLV Audio Input and Control Expansion Module2 Crestron C2N-VEQ4 4-Channel Matrix Mixer Control Module1 Crestron CN-PWS75 System Power Supply1 Crestron TPS-4000 10.4" Color Table top Touch Panel With Tilt Base1 Crestron TPS-4000L 10.4" Color Flush Mount Touch Panel1 Crestron WMKT-4000L Podium Mounting Kit for 10.4" Touch Panel2 Crestron C2N-CBD-WT Cameo Configurable in wall Keypad Controller in White.2 Crestron Custom engraving of the Cameo keypad buttons 1 Crestron ST-RMK Rack Mount Kit for Matrix Mixer Control Module Remove the existing control system processor, audio switcher, touch panels, and wall keypads. Provide and install the new control system components, adapting of the wiring to the new system connectors, dressing of the cabling. ****INSTALLATION AND PROGRAMMING TO UPGRADE CVA CONTROL SYSTEM MUST NOT EXCEED FOUR (4) BUSINESS DAYS*********** Perform static testing of system connections. Provide complete testing of all control system functions. Provide 2 year parts and labor warranty on all above new control system components. Provide control system programming and software to operate on the new control system processor, integrate controls for the new components to operate through the system control, update the wall controls to additional functionality, podium touch panel programming, and control room touch panel programming. Provide complete testing of all control systems functions. Provide the following documentation and training for Federal Aviation Administration personnel Provide one system documentation notebook containing product operation manuals and all as built wiring diagrams Provide 6 system operations manuals with user instructions, touch panel diagrams, and contact information.On-site 1 day instruction tutorial for system operation and adjustment. Contractor to provide a 2 year service plan for parts and labor for new and existing CVA equipment as follows: Contractor will coordinate with the FAA technical point of contact regarding scheduling requirements and provide technical information as required in accordance with FAA instructions. Provide maintenance of all new and existing electronic equipment in the Central Viewing Area (CVA) of the FAA William J Hughes Technical Center for a 24 month period. Maintenance is inclusive of all parts, labor and onsite service. Response time for onsite service shall not exceed 24 hours during normal business hours 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Response time for telephone inquires shall not exceed 2 hours during normal business hours. Installation of replacement lamps for the existing Panasonic PT-D5700UL Video Projectors shall be included. (Including physically removing from lift and bulb replacement) The replacement project lamp, Panasonic part number ETLAD57W for these projectors will not be included, and is the only part that will not be covered under this maintenance contract. Invoicing shall be monthly in arrears.
