- Description
- This project consists of furnishing all labor material, equipment, and supervision to perform asbestos removal and disposal in accordance with these specifications: EPA (NESHAPS), OSHA, NIOSH, State of Utah Division of Air Quality, and other applicable federal, state, or local reqgulations. The work site is known as the General Steam Mill Site and is located on Pine Valley Ranger District, Dixie National Forest, Pine Valley, Utah. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business. Price Range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about July 28, 2010. A payment bond (100%) will be required after award. NOTE: Prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to award. Information on registration may be obtained via the internet at: http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 888-227-2423. All contractors and vendors mube complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications (Section K in solicitation) in the ORCA system.
