- This acquisition is for the procurement of Interim Contractor Support (ICS) for the OH-58D KIOWA WARRIOR (KW) Level 2 Manned Unmanned (MUM) capability. This support is for the sustainment of the OH-58D Level 2 MUM capability for approximately 150 systems. The Interim Contractor Support (ICS) program will consist of all contractor managed supply operations, sustaining logistics efforts, and technical assistance necessary to optimize Level 2 MUM system status readiness and ensure operational availability and continuous technology enhancements. Justification and Approval applies for other than full and open competition at FAR 6.302-1 for, Only one responsible source or only from a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to conduct a sole source contract to the approved source L-3 Communications Corporation, Communications Systems West, 640 N 2200 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84116-2925, CAGE Code 06401.
