- Description
- The work of this project requires the contractor to provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and services as needed to repair areas in the back parking lot which are depressed and in need of additional foundation; create concrete slab area where dumpster and heavy equipment is housed, and pave concrete sidewalk to greenhouse entry door; and add additional parking area to the front and back parking lot areas. The additional parking lot area would keep the vehicle overflow off the grassy lawn areas which will help in the grounds maintenance repairs needed each year. The additional paved area in the back parking area will accommodate the larger vehicles using this facility and provide an easier and cleaner access area for all employees and others making deliveries to the facility. The project range is estimated to between $45,000.00 and $60,000.00. Project completion is required by October 30, 2010. The Request For Quotation(RFQ) will be available on/about July27, 2010 by electronic means and can be downloaded along with all related attachments from the FedBizOpps site at http://www.fbo.gov. The RFQ will close 30 days actual date of issuance. The contractor is responsible for periodically checking the website for any Amendments that may be issued prior to the closing date. This acquisition is Set-Aside for Hub Zone Concerns under NAICS Code 237310.
