Description

Use of the attached quote form is mandatory for submitting an offer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This soliciation is being issued as a Request for Quotes. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-13. This solicitation is not being set-aside for small business. The contractor shall provide Software Maintenance for existing Erdas ER Mapper and Apollo Advantage (8 cores) licenses. All offerors must offer support equal to that provided by Erdas. The period of performance will begin within 30 days of contract award and continue for one year. See the attached Quote Form for a list of provisions and clauses that apply to this solicitation and the resultant contract. All offerors must submit the attached RFQ form in addition to any other materials they submit.
