- Justification For Other Than Full and Open Competition The Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, intends to award a sole source procurement to JFK School of Government for training services. The contractor will serve as a subject matter expert for senior managment training with an emphasis on government managers. The participants will attend the "Senior Managers in Government" training program from Sunday, July 25, 2010 unitl Friday, August 13th 2010. The statuatory authority is 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. The applicable NAICS code is 611310. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government no to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Any parties interested in this award should submit their response, with proof of ability to provide the service, no later than July 16, 2010. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
