- Federal Business Opportunities General Information Document Type: Pre-solicitation Notice Solicitation Number HSCG38-10-R-200015 Posted Date: July 9, 2010 Response Date: July 30, 2010 Archive Date: August 15, 2010 Classification Code: 16 - Aircraft Components & Accessories Set-Aside: N/A Contracting Office Address Automatic Description: Numerous aircraft and airframe component/spare parts of various part numbers and quantities for the U.S. Coast Guard SRR aircraft. There are 349 line items included in this requirement. A complete list including quantities, nomenclature and part numbers will be made available to you upon written request. Firm Fixed Price, requirements contract is contemplated for a base year plus two one-year option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336413 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This procurement is unrestricted. Delivery to the USCG Aircraft Logistics Center, Elizabeth City, NC 27909-5001 desired within 280 days and required within 620 days after receipt of order. Drawings and data are not available from the Coast Guard and will not be furnished as part of the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
