- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. It is not a solicitation announcement or a request for proposals or quotes. A solicitation is not being issued at this time and this notice shall be not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The purpose of this request for information is to conduct market research for qualified contractors to provide environmental consultant services for the VISN 4 Healthcare Network. The services include providing advice, guidance, and training to support the Lebanon VAMC Engineering Office to gain a clear understanding of structural stormwater control measures and best management practices. Contractors responding to this Sources Sought Announcement need to provide the following information to nancy.cavanaugh@va.gov no later than 2PM on July 15, 2010: Company Name, Address, Phone Number, Point of Contact, and Socioeconomic Status under NAICS code 541620 Environmental Consulting Services. Contractor must also provide their experiences with regulatory compliance, auditing, and technical service requirements for Environmental Storm Water Management. General Requirements: 1. An initial assessment shall be completed for all twelve sites. 2.Preliminary findings from the assessment will include: positive findings, regulatory deficiencies, and recommended improvements. 3.A draft summary report will be submitted to the facilities within 45 days of initiating the site visit. 4.All site visits will be completed within 180 days from award of contract.
