- Description
- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with JATOM Systems, Sterling, VA, to purchase maintenance for one base year and four option years of services, starting October 1, 2010. Maintenance will be for proprietary JSI products, server platforms, and software. Due to the proprietary natuare of their products and software, no other source can meet the needs of the Government. Negotiations will be conducted under FAR Part 12 and NAICS code 541511. The FPDS code is D399. This is a renewal of services currently provided to the ATF by JSI. E-mail: vernessa.younger@atf.gov.
