- This acquisition includes the purchase of code and part number items where Concorde Battery Corporation (63017) is the approved manufacturer and/or has supplied this item in the past. The intent is to award an IDPO type contract for a one year base and four option years. Solicitation and NSN will be available for download on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. NSN(s): 6140-01-214-0353 Item Description: Battery, Storage Manufacturer’s Code and Part Number: CONCORDE BATTERY CORPORATION (63017) P/N: CB24-380E Quantity (including option quantity): 88 Unit of Issue: Each All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
