- Amendment 001 to Combined Synopsis/Solicitation RFQ VA-69D-10-RQ-0425 is hereby issued to clarify case dimensions. As indicated in the original announcement no written solicitation will be issued. This announcement supplements the original announcement. Salient Characteristics number (5) is hereby changed FROM: (5) It is critical that each case of gloves takes up no more than 14' x 12.17' x 8' space, TO: (5) Each case of gloves shall not exceed the dimensions of 16' x 13' x 8.5'. All other salient characteristics and line items remain unchanged. Date for receipt of quotations has been changed. Quotations are due on or before July 15, 2010 by 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time to be considered responsive. The assigned Contracting Officer is Chad Cooper. Offers can be emailed to chad.cooper@va.gov by due date. Quotes should be marked with the request for quote number VA-69D-10-RQ-0425. Verbal quotes will not be accepted.
