- This is a Sole Source Requirement to extend the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Support Services Contract. There will be no Solicitation and Requests for a Solicitation will not receive a response. Pursuant to the provisions of FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (iii) (B), the Government intends to extend the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) portion of contract number DABT60-01-C-0005, Shaw Infrastructures, Inc. The cost-plus-award-fee contract will be extended for a period of one (4) months (26 July 2010 through 25 November 2010) with five (2) one-month option periods.
