- Solicitation Number W912HZ-10-T-0020 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with the intent to award as a simplified acquisition. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-42. This procurement is a 100% hub zone set aside under NAICS Code 335311 with a size standard of 750 employees. The ERDC requires one 2500 KVA transformer. FAR Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Award shall be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of offers that meet or exceed the acceptability standards for non-price factors. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with this offer. The Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, applies to this acquisition. The Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
