- FISC Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to competitively procure a MALDI-TOF mass spectrometer with reflectron along with accessories, specifications, warranty, installation, training and delivery requirements for support of the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis MD. The proposed procurement is being processed on a full and open competition basis. A firm-fixed price type contract will be issued and conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5 Test program Procedures for SAP Commercial items. The solicitation will be made available electronically upon release to www.neco.navy.mil. The applicable NAIC is 334516.
