- Draft SOW Draft Purchase Description Request for Industry Review Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins AFB, GA. Automated Test Set Division. Attached is a draft Purchase Description and a draft Statement of Work on an Advance Radar/Electronic Warfare (R/EW) Test Station (ARTS) and Test Program Set (TPS) project. Request Industry sources review the documents and provide feedback a responses on the Request for Industry Review document which is also attached. The information will facilitate the program office's market research into the technology and engineering features as well as the prevalent business practices associated with the design, development, and testing of Advance Radar/Electronic Warfare (R/EW) Test Station (ARTS) and Test Program Sets (TPS). Responses are requested via email by 29 July 2010 to Brandi.Matlock@robins.af.mil.
