- Description
- Bureau of Reclamation, Montana Area Office (MTAO), 2900 4th Avenue North, Suite 502, Jameson Federal Building, Billings, Montana intends to solicit proposals for professional consultant services. These professional consultant services will assess the organizational health of the MTAO and provide recommendations for implementing processes, methods, and or training for the purpose of improving the overall employee relationships and organizational health. Prospective offerors shall provide all management, supervision, labor, equipment, transportation, and supplies (unless otherwise specified) necessary to satisfactorily perform (non-personal) professional consultant services for the MTAO, which is located in Billings, Montana in Yellowstone County. Pursuant to Part 12 and Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Reclamation will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or around August 9, 2010. The receipt of quotes is tentatively scheduled for September 10, 2010. The RFP will be issued as a total small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541611. The applicable Small Business Size Standard is $7.0 million. The RFP will be available for viewing through electronic commerce. RFP Number R10PS67005 will be issued via https://www.fbo.gov. Interested vendors may also check Reclamation's website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. In order to download a copy of the solicitation vendors are encouraged to register their company with the electronic commerce website. Be prepared with your company DUNS Number, available from Dun and Bradstreet at 1-888-546-0024 and your federal Tax Identification Number (TIN). The RFP and any subsequent amendments and/or notices will be available to vendors on these websites after August 9, 2010. Vendors are reminded they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and in the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) to be considered for contract award (No exceptions). Registrations can be completed by going to www.ccr.gov and https://orca.bpn.gov/. The vendor's Dun & Bradstreet number and banking information are required for registrations. All responsible sources who submit a timely quote will be considered for this acquisition. Quotes may be submitted electronically. The Government reserves the right to cancel this announcement and the resulting solicitation. This announcement does not constitute a Solicitation. Questions in regards to this announcement and resulting solicitation shall be submitted in writing by email and no later than August 2, 2010 at 12PM MT any questions after this date or by any other means will not be considered.
