- This RFQ will be available at http://fedbizopps.gov on or about July 16, 2010. PLEASE NOTE: CONTRACTORS WILL NEED THEIR USERNAME AND PASSWORD TO RETRIEVE DOCUMENTS. You can also search for RFQ by using the NAICS code: 332618. Paper copies of this RFQ will not be issued and telephone requests or fax requests for this RFQ will not be accepted. The National Park Service (NPS), Department of the Interior (DOI), is soliciting quotes for a fence and gate installation project at Lake Meredith National Recreation Area. The National Park Service requires a firm, fixed-price service contract to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to install a chain link security fence complete with all posts, gates, and accessories. A map will be provided upon request, by emaiing, pollard_mobley@nps.gov. The security fences will be installed at the Fire Cache. The Fire Cache is located 1t 9865 Water Authority Rd., Sanford, TX. Access to the work site is available by highway 687 and FM 1319. There are five buildings which lie to the south of the Canadian River Municipal Water Authority's (CRMWA) headquarters on Water Authority Rd. which are owned by the NPS, as well as an open lot to the west of the NPS buildings where equipment is stored. This project is a lump sum contract and subject to the Service Contract Act of 1965. A site visit can be scheduled by contacting Jimmy Muncy, at 806-857-0306. The magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This project is subject to the Small Business Program and is open to small businesses alike. The NAICS code for this project is 332618, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This procurement is subject to the provision of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 14, Sealed Bidding.
