- Certified: Boots, Navy TFU (Men's & Women's), Certified NSN: 8430-01-539-9644 and 8435-01-540-0661, Quantity: Minimum: 44,322 Pr; Maximum: 221,598 Pr with three term options. OPT I: 44,322 / 221,598 (Min/Max); OPT II: 44,322 / 221,598 (Min/Max) OPT III: 44,322 / 221,598 (Min/Max). Destination: VSTZ Travis, VSTN Peckham. Items to be manufactured in accordance with Navy certification numbers listed below. Production lead-time is 120 days after date of award. One unrestricted award, based on Lowest price technically acceptable will be made for the total quantity listed above. Items to be manufactured in accordance with Navy certification numbers: Belleville (Style) Boots, Safety, General Purpose, High Style #360ST (Men's) Certification number: 15B30-001999-101; Belleville (Style) Boots, Safety, General Purpose, High Style #F360ST (Female) Certification number: 15B30-002028-100; Bates (Style) Boots, Safety, General Purpose, High Style #1621 (Men's) Certification number: 15B30-001982-101, Bates (Style) Boots, Safety, General Purpose, High Style #1788 (Women's) Certification number: 15B30-001983-100 or other certification prior to award. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation or solicitation amendments. Solicitation will be posted on https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ after September 30, 2010. The Defense appropriations and authorization acts and other statutes (including what is commonly referred to as "The Berry Amendment") impose restrictions on the DoD's acquisition of foreign products and services. Generally, Clothing and Textile items (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7012) and "specialty metals" (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7014) must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted or produced in the United States, its possessions or Puerto Rico, unless one of the DFARS 225.7002-2 exceptions applies.
