- Outdoor Walk-In Fiberglass Cooler for New Watauga Work Center, Hampton, TN Cherokee National Forest THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The Cherokee National Forest in Region Eight of the U.S. Forest Service is performing market research to determine if there are any manufacturers of fiberglass shell walk in coolers. This notice is a very general overview of the requirement for the purpose of determining how many manufacturers are out there for this acquisition. Complete details of the Government's requirement will be given in the solicitation. Equipment requirements are: 8' x 10' x 7'6" (nomimal) exterior dimensions with 4" polyurethane or polystyrene core. Cooler will have operating temperature of 35 °and will be installed on government furnished concrete pad. Interested and qualified sources are invited to respond to the Contracting Officer identified in this announcement and inform the Contracting Officer of their interest in this procurement. If you are new to federal contracting, please be advised that all for all federal contracting opportunities, prospective contractors are required to have an active registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) databases prior to award of a contract.
