- Description
- Under Statutory Authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(2), the Minneapolis VA Medical Center (VAMC) intends to enter into an emergent sole source procurement with MEG International Services Ltd. for the repair, maintenance and technical support of its specialized brain scanning magnetoencephalography instrument. The government believes that MEG International Services Ltd. is the only source that will satisfy the agency requirements in the time required to repair. No solicitation will be issued by the government and no offers are being requested. If any interested parties believe they can service this contract, please notify Contract Specialist by 3pm CST July 12, 2010.
