- The US Army Contracting Command, Joint Armaments Center, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed price effort on on a sole source basis with Bruker Optics Incorporated 19 Fortune Drive, Billerica, MA 01821-3923. The effort will be for a total of three years. The contractor shall supply parts and material, repair, perform maintenance, and provide technical support for the Tensor 27 and Hyperion microscope. Bruker Optics Corporation is the manufacturer of this equipment. Extensive knowledge of this equipment is required in order to perform the necessary repairs under this effort. Responsible offerors may submit a capability statement, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. This acquisition is being conducted using simplified acquisition procedures. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 334516 and the small business size standard is 500.
