- End Item Application: HELICOPTER, BLACK HAWK UH-60A This solicitation will contain one NSN 4920-01-128-3121, for An Adapter, Transportation This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Definitive Quantity Contract for a quantity of 67 each. First Article Testing (Government) applies. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Delivery: 98 Days ARO, if FAT is waived. This procurement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, using full and open competition after exclusion of sources. This procurement shall be in accordance with (I/A/W) BASIC DRAWING NR 07482 21C7082, AMEND NR U DTD 08/30/04. Quantity variance is zero. Effective 1 June 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about 26 July 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https//www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
